The company initiated its manufacturing and marketing operations with M/S Deep Udyog Ltd. and in the year 1996, it extended its business activities in the overseas market. Today, the company has reached significant milestones in the manufacture of stainless steel cutlery and created a distinct place for itself in the market. Infrastructure
We own a modern manufacturing unit, which is well equipped with all the machinery and other facilities for polishing, cutting of the steel sheets, design and development of the steel cutlery. Our production plant is well equipped with latest machinery and equipment and it blends the strength of men and machine in perfect harmony. The facility plays an instrumental role in fabricating premium quality products for our clients. Furthermore, we have also established sound R&D department and OEM capability.

Distinct divisions in our unit include:

• The stainless steel circles, drawn from the sheets, are given desired shapes with the double action press. The shape is given by a die/mould, which is tied on the upper part of the machine.
• The die/mould fixed on the machines is of the same shape as the product & is made of different materials like iron, cast iron, die steel depending on the requirement of the shape, size and thickness of the stainless steel cutlery.
• Thereafter, when the definite shape is given to the product, the sharp edges are then cut on a cutting machine & then rolled to give a smooth look & feel.
• Each cutlery item is then polished using distinct polish material like: metallic, sparkling mirror finish, silver finish, copper finish and other finishes.
• Finally the product is transferred to our packaging unit, where each individual cutlery piece is wrapped in a poly-bag and put into small cartons.
• The cutlery sets are then packed in bigger cartons and are sealed.

Manufacturing Process
Our stainless steel kitchen cutlery passes through several stages of production. The steel sheets, measuring 50-60 inches, are first cut in circular shape (diameter depending on the product) in the cutting machine. The manufacturing processes are underlined below:

Packaging
With the complete packaging set up in built in our unit, we are able to provide proper packaging for export-oriented products, to deliver the cutlery products without any damage. Our cutlery items are exclusively packaged in attractive poly pouches and then in the corrugated boxes.

Each cutlery item is individually packed in a poly bag and is then packaged in an inner box of 5 ply carton. The whole cutlery set is finally packed in a large carton of 7 ply.
